Launch Timeline:
- Preview / E-Application: 06 – 16 March
- Price Release & Ballot Ticket Deposit: 18 – 19 March
- E-Balloting: 20 March
- Booking Day: 21 March
Buyers visit the showflat and submit their E-Application. Once processed, a balloting number will be issued.
Successful buyers select their preferred unit and pay 5% of the purchase price (cash) to secure the unit.
After HDB approves your EC application, the developer will send the Sale & Purchase (S&P) Agreement to your law firm.
Before exercising, obtain your Bank Letter of Offer (LO). Any loan shortfall must be topped up using cash or CPF.
